Sorry, I don't know what this little fellow is, but he was having a delightful time in a puddle right after a rain storm in Cali, Colombia.
I adjusted the levels in Photoshop, and used the LucisArt plug-in for photoshop to enhance the dynamic range and bring out the details in the shadow areas.
